Workshop topics include:

  Be ready for a crisis by planning ahead. Tips for whether you only feed students or whether the school is used for an emergency shelter. You may request a program or download this presentation.
• Food Allergies and Food Service - Overview of food allergies and strategies for protecting students in school cafeterias or customers in restaurants and supermarkets
• Food Safety for Food Servers - Protect your clients, whether the public or students, from foodborne illness by practicing safe food handling. Audiences: school food service mangers or workers and organizations (PTA, religious groups, youth groups, fire houses, and others) that serve food or host meal functions.
