The DASH Eating Plan is a presentation that describes how the DASH Eating Plan will significantly reduce blood pressure for those persons who are hypertensive and pre-hypertensive .This presentation describes the findings from the "Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension" clinical study that showed how elevated blood pressure levels can be reduced with an eating plan low in total fat, saturated fat, and cholesterol, while being rich in fruits, vegetables, and low fat dairy products.
